Our Cancellation Policy ...

We are committed to helping as many patients as we possibly can. We maintain a cancellation list for patients who want to get in for appointments but can't because our calendar is full. We could possibly call for a last-minute session if we have enough notice. We have found that due to many last-minute cancellations and people who don't show up for their scheduled appointments, quite a few session hours are going unused, and we are losing money for those hours. This is not helpful to our practice or the patients waiting for appointments.

***Schedule of charges***
The following charges are NOT covered by insurance and are “out-of-pocket expenses.”

*No shows....................................................Full Session Price (the price that your insurance company would have paid, including the copay)
**Less than 24 hours cancellation.......$35.00
Letters of attendance............................. $5.00 (emailing is free)
Legal paperwork.......................................$25.00 per hour
*clients will complete a credit card on file form in your portal, and no-shows will be charged automatically. Our “no show” policy will consider emergencies and will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
**We understand things come up and appreciate as much notice as you can give us. Often, we have a long cancellation list and, with enough notice, can fill those times.
